Oh god this has been a great Rams season for me. I kind of expected them to be okay this year, and they're not, not at all. Like based on their schedule, they'll be starting the season 0-7. That makes me so happy, the Rams are one of the teams I always like to cheer against. Solely for the reason that a friend of mine is a big Rams fan and will talk about them way too much for a team that is basically irrelevant. The Packers though, the Packers are fucking sweet, Aaron Rodgers is gonna lead me to a fantasy championship this year, maybe.
If you don't already know how good the Packers offense is, then you either don't watch football or you're a mongoloid. Aaron Rodgers is hands down the best Quarterback in the NFL. He's not head and shoulders above the rest of the elite Quarterbacks, but much like Calvin Johnson you can just tell he's the best. I wonder how much better off he is for sitting behind Favre for 3 years, or if he'd be this good by now even if he started in his rookie year.
The Packer's defense hasn't been great this year. I think the stats are misleading though; the high passing yards against is because they're always up in the game pretty much. They shut down the run, they're 3rd in the league in that regard, and they're 11th in points against, which is pretty solid for a defense that's seemingly been shit on this year.
I glossed over the Rams a bit earlier in this post so I won't waste too much time on them here. They are pretty decimated with injuries, especially at the cornerback position. Their #1 cornerback right now is the same guy who got burned by Torrey Smith for 3 first quarter touchdowns the other week.

Bottom Line: The Rams are terrible, the Packers are good, and the Rams have no cornerbacks. If the Packers don't drop 50 points this week it's because they aren't trying.
