New York Jets -3 Over Denver Broncos
Last week the Jets nearly collapsed on Monday night against the Vikings, behind one of their worse offensive efforts of the season thus far. The defense bailed them out, the defense can always bail them out. Especially when they are facing a team like the Broncos. The Broncos last week got hammered by Baltimore 31-17 but the score is much closer than it should have been.
Offensively the Jets are stacked. It all starts up front with an awesome line headlined by D'Brickishaw Ferguson and Nick Mangold, after that its the franchise QB Mark Sanchez, at runningback they have the legend of
LaDainian Tomlinson and young upstart Shonn Greene, at tight end they have Dustin Keller who has already 5 TDs this season, and at wide receiver they have Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards. The Jets love to run the ball to set up the pass, and when they get the play action game going the other team is in for a long day.
Denvers offense is considerably less talented than New Yorks. Quarterback Kyle Orton however has been lighting it up so far this season with 1733 passing yards through the first 5 games. The Broncos ideal offensive gameplan would be run the ball well to control the clock and let Orton make some throws out of the play action. That won't happen this week, not against the Jets.
Defensively the Jets are great as well. It all starts with the coaches. Rex Ryan is the former Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator and he has this Jets D playing as good as Baltimores ever did. The Jets can stop the run, they can stop the pass, and they force turnovers. They are the definition of a complete Defense.
Denver's defense is bad, Champ Bailey is aging as we speak and the real star of their D Elvis Dumervil got injured in the offseason and is resting on the IR right now.

Overall I don't know how in the hell the line is only Jets by 3 they should dominate Denver in all facets of the game. I don't care If Darrelle Revis doesn't play, the Jets will still Crush the Broncos.
