Atlanta Falcons -7 Over Seattle Seahawks
Last week the Falcons took on the Panthers and well it went as well as you could expect from a top 5 team playing a bottom 5 team. This week the Falcons take on the Seahawks who got smacked by the 49ers last week.
The Falcons offense is well balanced with a good mix of Michael Turner to go with the passing attack. Roddy White has been nothing short of amazing this year, and that shouldn`t change this week. The Falcons should have their way with the Seahawks defense.
The Seahawks offense is straight up bad. They are in a transition period though, as their former face of the franchise in Matt Hasselbeck looks too old. Their 31st ranked running game is what holds them back though.
The Falcons defense isn`t the greatest unit, but they get the job done. They`re ranked 8th in points against but 17th in yards against. John Abraham still looks good when rushing the passer.
The Seahawks defense is brutal. They are ranked 24th in points against and 31st in yards against. Despite this the Seahawks can still win their division and make the playoffs.
My Take: This could be a trap game for the Falcons, being that they aren`t great on the road and Seattle plays tough at home. However with the spread only at -7 it`s too good to pass up.
