Okay so last week if you tuned in I called the Giants over the Redskins, that made me look like a fucking idiot. Thanks, Eli. This week I'm going against the Skins again with Arizona's +4. I'm not biased against the Redskins or anything. I just tend to generally think any team starting Rex Grossman and Tim Hightower must be really shitty.
Last week Arizona let up a ridiculous 422 passing yards to Cam Newton in his debut. This week they won't (or shouldn't) be letting up so many pass yards against the Sexcannon. Kevin Kolb had a really solid game against the Panthers throwing for over 300 yards with 2 touchdowns. Of course though he had to do all of that without giving Larry legend the touches he should be getting; and thusly killing my fantasy team for the week.
Defensively the Cards look pretty average. They got shit on through the air last week while shutting Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart down. Darnell Dockett is as beastly as he is crazy… and he's pretty fuckin' crazy.
The Skins offense should have a bit of a struggle this week if Arizona can shut down the run again as effectively as last game. That would force Rex to have to make some plays, and anytime your team is relying on Rex to make plays is a bad time.
Cardinals Redskins Betting Pick
Bottom Line: I still don't view the Redskins as a truly competitive team, If Kolb starts to find Fitzgerald this week they'll make enough plays to at least cover the spread, if not win outright.
