Miami Heat take game 1 92-84 over the Dallas Mavericks
The Miami Heat have backed up their talk earlier in the season when the big three of Lebron James, Chris Bosh and Dwane Wade joined forces to make one of the most stacked teams in NBA history. They stated they weren't in Miami just to win a championship but end their careers with multiple championship wins over the next few years.
The Heat struggled out of the gate, having problems playing on the same page as each other and the wins were not coming like Heat fans had hoped for. After a long losing streak the team came together at the end of the season finishing second in the Eastern Conference.
Playoffs is a time where the best players shine and the Heat have been on fire this post season easily beating Philadelphia in the first round and then taking care of business in Chicago beating the Bulls in 5 games. They now look to sweep the Dallas Mavericks under the rug and are off to a great start winning game 1.
Dallas is not a team to go lay down easily. In game one of the NBA finals the Mavericks had the lead for the majority of the game, taking a 3 point lead into half and up to an 8 point lead in late 3rd quarter. You could sense the lead would be difficult to hold with the home fans behind their beloved Miami Heat.

Lebron James led the Miami heat with 24 points an MVP type game shooting 9-16 from the floor and 3-4 from behind the acr, gathering 9 rebounds and 5 assits. D-Wade piled on 22 points with CB-4 finishing with 19. The big three combined for 65 points. The Heat's bench had good production led by Mario Chalmers with 12 points.
Dallas Mavericks

Their star player Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks with 27 points and 8 rebounds. Shawn Marion was the next highest scorer with just 16 points and Jason Terry was the only other Maverick to score double digest with 12 points.
