Sports Interaction (sportsinteraction/rssfeeds/asp?s=4952) betting analyst Frank Doyle makes some picks on Saturday's big College Basketball games.

Tennessee suffered a bad beat on Tuesday night when Vanderbilt turned the Volunteers over in Nashville, and the Vols will be barking long and loud when they visit Kentucky on Saturday.

Kentucky has put its blip performance against the Gamecocks well behind it, stomping the opposition by at least ten points in the next four games. Tennessee is better than some of those four teams, but the Vols have had problems all year and those problems are likely to get worse, not better, in the Rupp Arena on Saturday. Kentucky to win big when you bet with Sports Interaction.

While Syracuse is the highest ranked team in the Big East, Villanova is a team that's currently getting some love from bettors as regards being a good priced bet to cut down the nets at the Dance. Depth of talent is the chief reason, and two good wins over Georgetown and West Virginia did a lot for the Wildcats too.

Providence has lost six of its last seven, and come Saturday it'll be seven of its last eight. The Friars are cooked. Villanova to win big when you bet with Sports Interaction.

The Big Ten has been blown wide open by Michigan State and Wisconsin both biting the bullet on Tuesday night. The Spartans went down at home to Purdue while the Badgers lost at home to the Fighting Illini. Purdue will bounce back when Iowa visits West Lafayette on Saturday, but Wisconsin might find it tougher at home against Indiana. But not that tough.

Finally, Maryland visits Duke on Saturday in what is a very dangerous game for the Blue Devils. All Duke's attention this week will have been on North Carolina because of the rivalry, and Maryland are coming up faster on the inside than the Blue Devils may realise. Maryland has its own problems as the bad weather on the East Coast meant that the Terps had to cancel their home game against Virginia. Maryland will start as underdogs but I like the road dogs to cover at the Cameron Indoor Arena when you bet with Sports Interaction (sportsinteraction/rssfeeds/asp?s=4952).

Kentucky's visit to Vanderbilt is the highlight of the weekend college basketball action with Sports Interaction. College Gameday was at Lexington last Saturday and I guess they can't feature Kentucky two weeks in a row but I think the Wildcats visit to Vanderbilt will be special.

Vanderbilt lost to Kentucky at Rupp Arena nearly three weeks ago but the Commodores did a better job containing John Wall in that game than most teams have this year and maybe that will stand to them on Saturday. Vandy won three out of four since that loss in Kentucky and are a dangerous team to visit. The fact that that one loss was at Georgia is a source of concern, but I like Vandy to cover as a home dog with Sports Interaction when Kentucky visits Nashville on Saturday.

The Big Ten has been a really quality conference to watch this year and there's a really good matchup on Saturday in West Lafayette when Illinois visits Purdue. The Fighting Illini hit a hot run of form until they got upended at home by Ohio State but a team that beat Michigan State and Wisconsin should not be taken lightly by the Boilermakers.

Way out West, ESPN have chosen to broadcast College Gameday from Seattle for UCLA's visit to the Huskies. The Pac 10 is having a down year this year but Washington could be an educated bet because the line on UCLA will be inflated by the Bruins' past glories, rather than current form.

The real value in the west will probably be in the WCC, where Gonzaga will be a road favorite at Pepperdine and deservedly so. The 'Zags' loss at San Francisco, their first in 28 WCC regular season games, only seems to have ticked them off, as they've smushed everybody they've faced since. The Bulldogs to bite hard with Sports Interaction at Pepperdine.

On Sunday, we have the mouth watering prospect of Villanova at Pittsburgh. The Big East is the best conference in basketball now, not alone in terms of quality but also in terms of depth. All those confrontations are quality encounters. Villanova was stunned by Connecticut at the start of the week but the Cats will bounce back at Pittsburgh.

Since we are talking about sports betting I have a question. Where do you guys get your information about the law on online gambling (harvard/donnychia79/category/legal-happenings/) because as a newb I don't know yet what we as US citizens can bet on and what not. So if anyone could shed some light on this topic for me, I would be very thankful.
